Update on October 22, 2001
Two more bodies were found today. The bodies shrouded in the American Flag. The missing is
around 4,400. These persons are presumed dead.
The Anthrax scare continues. Two postal workers passed away form what is thought to be
pulmonary Anthrax. Postal workers in one Washington DC area are being tested and treated
as I write this update.
Anthrax can be serious if it is breathed into the lungs. The cutaceious {skin} and intestinal types
are not deadly in most cases. Antibiotics are very effective in the treatment of these two types
and also in the lungs if treated in time. Do not pay attention to all the scams on line now about
getting the antibiotic Cypro to take just in case. They are trying to make money from your fear.
If you are worried about Anthrax talk with your physician or go to the Centers For Disease
Control web site for all the information you will need. Information is the best weapon. This is
being used as a terrorists weapon to unnerve us and take our minds off what is happening in
Afghanistan and why we are there in the first place. Be cautious but do not be afraid, it is

There is no proof the Anthrax is from terrorists from any country. The origin of the bacteria is
not known at this time.

December 20, 2001 The part of the tower that was left standing in the picture above was removed this past Saturday. Many thought it looked like the facade of a cathedral. The mayor of New York City said it will probably be put back as a memorial to the dead after the site is completely cleared of dangerous debris. That may take till summer 2002. |
